Graeagle Getaway is a two-story home, that is actually two homes in one. Built as two separate town homes, the home is now structured as one but yet still offers separation between various areas. The downstairs of the east wing of the home features a rustic living room with a gas fireplace with high ceilings, windows that look into the trees above, and French doors that open onto the full deck of the backyard. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with another set of French doors, and the completely new and remodeled kitchen. Upstairs in the east wing, you will find the master bedroom and bathroom. Connecting the two unique sections of the home is an enclosed hallway downstairs, and a deck upstairs featuring seating and a gas fireplace. The west wing of the home features three additional guest rooms, one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. There is a full bathroom downstairs and a second upstairs. There is also a washer and dryer, as well as a full sauna in the west wing of the downstairs.
The exterior of Graeagle Getaway is the true treat. True relaxation at its best. Sitting on a half acre, the house features a backyard deck that stretches nearly the entire length of the home. At the far end of this deck is an in-ground hot tub that allows for stargazing year round. Mentioned previously, there is also a deck upstairs that faces the backyard and green belt, accessible from both the east and west wings. The third deck is located in the front of the home facing the front yard. There is also a large grassy area with string lights running through the trees in the backyard, small pond with a running creek, a sitting area, and new horseshoe pits. The lot sits adjacent to a greenbelt where you can often see deer moving through the area.
There is a semi-circle driveway in the front of Graeagle Getaway, a driveway leading into the two-car garage, and a large gravel parking area that can easily accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles.
Graeagle Getaway is a minute drive time from Graeagle Meadows Golf Course as well as downtown Graeagle. The world-famous Lakes Basin area, with its endless recreation opportunities, is an easy 15 minute drive.

Summary: We are four friends on touring motorcycles and were ecstatic with the design and amenities of this house. It was the perfect stay with a queen sized bed in all four bedrooms, large wide rectangular kitchen, and plenty of deck area and seating. Close to town. Big TV. We’ll be back!

Summary: Great house especially if traveling with other adults. Good separation between bedrooms. Nice great room with TV, games and puzzles. Very quiet neighborhood. Our Dog loved the backyard.About 1 mile walk to downtown but beautiful scenery so it feels much shorter.

Summary: Our extended family wanted to celebrate the holidays together. We needed a little more room to fit everyone and this home was the perfect fit. The beds were comfortable, the family room cozy and the kitchen dining room large enough and functional. Location was ideal for us and we got a white Christmas.

Summary: The host was excellent at answering questions from the very beginning. The home was beautiful, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, close to town. People in the neighborhood were extremely friendly. We treated our kids and grandkids(10 of us including a baby) to 5 nights. The home was plenty big and the kitchen well equipped. We didn’t use the sauna, but the hot tub was enjoyed by all. It was a perfect Thanksgiving weekend!

Summary: Great location, wonderful property. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed for preparing a big family breakfast, and we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon on the back deck overlooking the yard. Loved having cornhole there too! Great layout where the bedrooms are all in their own areas, offering privacy even with a larger group. Very cool setup. Would definitely book again.

Summary: If you’re looking for a spacious , well taken care of mountain retreat, this property is a wonderful choice, with all the amenities …. Thoughtful well stocked , clean and enjoyable, we never left the property and relaxed on the beautiful deck with outdoor dining , barbaque and hot tub …. Plenty of common areas but also 4 private bedrooms, separated , this home has a great floor with a downstairs bedroom and two separate staircases going up to a 2nd level, with 3 more bedrooms separated by a common terrace …. plan to enjoy however you choose …. Our dog loved playing in the back yard which had a mesh fence to enjoy the mountain terrain and view which we felt safe and relaxed the entire time knowing the yard was enclosed … the beautiful pine trees, breeze through the trees , views , and even outdoor lighting at night was so festive To the owners … thanks for for sharing your lovely home , for the coffees teas , toiletries and abundance fresh towels …. We had an awesome restful time and are recharged !!!!
